We don't get to see too many cars like this 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme sedan around anymore. So an amazing survivor-style car with likely exceptionally low mileage is a true treat. More than just unique, the strong V8, overdrive transmission, and luxurious interior with A/C make this sedan an appealing driver's classic.
A gray metallic finish is always in style, and so it looks stylish on a survivor-grade classic like this. The paint has plenty of signs of originality, and so some of the imperfections are actually a benefit to telling this classic's nearly 35-year-old endurance story. This is a three-owner car that has had decades of respect. In fact, the odometer is believed to reflect the car's full mileage - averaging less than 1,100 miles annually. Mirror-like chrome bumpers, well-fitting body panels, and a full white pinstripe package add to the premium appeal. It all has a great stock style. They even upgraded the wheels, but since they are proper Olds Super Stock units, these fit with this car nicely (purists will be happy to know that the stock wheel covers also come with the sale, too.)
Open any door, and you're greeted by a plush velour interior. The seats look quite nice with exceptional preservation. You have the option of carrying six people total, or folding down the front armrest for a more individualized comfort. The wood paneling on the doors, dash, and other trim instantly remind you of this car's premium appeal. So you also have all the best era-correct features, like cruise control, an AM/FM cassette stereo, and a tilt steering column. The air conditioning is even blowing cold with modern R134a to help keep this one comfortable over the long haul.
Under the hood is the numbers-matching 307 cubic inch V8. Just like the rest of this luxury sedan, it looks exceptionally factory-correct and exceptionally preserved. The V8 motor with a four-barrel carburetor on top was a valuable piece to give this the right kind of torque to move the Cutlass around with authority. The attitude on this one is a comfortable cruiser that could even rival its relatives at Cadillac. That's why it came with grand touring features like a four-speed automatic transmission w/highway-friendly overdrive. This is the kind of classic that you're not intimidated to take on the long trips thanks to power steering, power brakes, and front discs.
The sale comes complete with the full owner's manual packet. this Olds makes a great candidate for the enthusiast that is looking for classic luxury to cruise around town. It runs smoothly and has the old-school opulence that generations have grown to love. Don't miss your opportunity at such a well-priced survivor. Call today!!!
