1990 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Wagon -
Texas Car - 5.0L V8 - Upgraded Alloy Wheels - Rear Facing Seat - Ready for a Family Vacation -
(Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, it's possible that only some of our many photographs of this car are presented due to website limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.)
Multiple trips to the local grocery store and even family vacations may have been taken over the years in this Custom Cruiser by a family. No, not The Griswolds, although a long trip to Wally World would surely be possible in this car. Before the days of the Minivan or SUV, a wagon like this was the way to go.
Inside this car are three rows of bench seats, great for hauling lots of people! The upholstery is finished in tan, and is in great condition. The interior, while highly original, shows age in a few small places but this is to be expected in a 30 year old car. The seating surfaces, carpeting, and headliner look great. Although the interior is standard and doesn't have near the amount of bells and whistles that you might find in a modern day car, this is definitely a comfortable cruiser. Kids always want to sit in the rear facing seats accessed by opening the swinging rear door. The rear facing seat gives a different vantage point of the road as you head to your destination. Much like looking out of the back windows of the school bus, minus all the other kids and the lingering smell of diesel fumes. Multiple sayings mention that you should always look ahead in life, and not what is behind you. In the case of this wagon, looking at what is behind you is fun.
Parts of the car were repainted years ago, in the original color. This is a 30 year old Texas car, so faded paint was addressed. The exterior is finished with the usual trim - roof rack, chrome grille, and chrome bumpers. Alloy wheels take the place of the steel wheel and basket weave wheel covers that would've come standard on the car.
This car is ready for road trips with the family, or trips out for ice cream! Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors. Call if interested or e-mail with any questions. Thank you for looking.
