Car description

GREAT CAR! ENTHUSIAST OWNED. No Reserve!1989 Oldsmobile full size Custom Cruiser wagon. All power everything. Interior is absolutely perfect. No cracks in dash, doors, seats immaculate. Has 3rd row rear facing seat. 8 seat belts!103k miles. Headliner is fresh from being fully replaced in 2017. New water pump, and exhaust from stem to stern. Tires at 80% left. Typical surface rust at rear. Wheel well and floors are solid. No surface bubbles or rust through. Doors, sills, gaps, corners are all super clean. Only rear quarters from underneath show some potential to rust. This car needs NO attention to enjoy right away. I may be over exaggerating the under surface issues but I am a stickler for these things. Car was winter driven in it's first 7 years but then indoor storage every winter since. Rear bumper spacer is deteriorating. Right rear door handle needs to be replaced, it works but is flimsy. Air runs cold and heat is great. AC fan slow to spool up but does its job. It needs to click one spot at a time. Rear window is slower than I like but sometimes just the rubber gasket replaced solves this. This is really like a 5 year old used car, not a 25 year old used car.
I have owned a lot of mid 80's full sized cars. This is one of the best ones I've seen. These wagons are getting so hard to find because they rusted to pieces. ( or maybe because they have just gotten so popular.) It is an awesome 3rd car, grocery getter, pull the boat up to the lake, drive-in movie, ice cream getter with the kids. You will be amazed as to how much you can load into these things with the seats down. Great way to get the kids to college or summer camp. It floats down the road like a poor man's Escalade. You are not going to get up "out of the hole" in any record time, but at 70 MPH, the 4bl/ 5ltr V8 is one smooth ride. This is some inexpensive fun. Use it for a few summers, and then give it to one of the kids. You are never going to get hurt owning one of these because of unlimited smiles it puts on everybody's face.
