Condition: This is a used 1976 MGB roadster withglossy paint (some signs of age, as with any classic). This is a strong runner that is clean inside and out! This MGB is re listed due to a buyer who was unable to complete the transaction 10 days ago. We will not be able to re list it again, at least for awhile, due to time constraints on our part. Buy it now for asummer of fun!
Up for auction is a lovely 1976 MGB Roadster (with 1977-style dashboard/steering column switches originally fitted). Repainted in Brooklands Green (from the less desirable Russet Brown), this car is ready for summer fun. This is a very strong runner with freshly adjusted rear brakes and hand brake. The turn signal switch and hazard warning switch have been replaced on its most recent service visit. The Zenith Stromberg was rebuilt in the early 2000s by University Motors of Grand Rapids, MI and is functioning superbly! There is black carpeting and nice MG rubber floormats. The interior panels and seats are Autumn Leaf. There is a recent battery replacement with an onboard battery maintainer for periods of storage. As with any driven classic, there are some signs of age and use that go with it. The paint is glossy and beautiful with a couple scratches on the bonnet and a little rub where the top contacts the rear (much could be done with a bit of buffing). There is one impression, very low on the passenger door which is not easily visible from a high (standing) angle. Meticulous service records have been kept during the current ownership (since 1998). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests for additional images. "Safety Fast!"(String-back driving gloves and RAF goggles not included, sorry!)
