What a find!!! The original owner died many years ago and the property sat abandoned for many decades. The roof of the garage deteriorated to the point the rafters were falling, the car was not hit. The property was sold at a bank auction, and I bought the MGA from the new property owner. The car has never been apart, and sports its original paint and interior. The doors close as new, all gaps are as they left the factory, and all body panels are straight, less a few dings. The original chromed brass grill and front bumper fit perfectly (no valance bolts showing above bumper, as seen on many restored cars). Very nice windshield frame and glass. Matching numbers, engine turns free with hand crank, trans shifts, car rolls and steers freely. Engine has all original hoses and clamps, spark plugs, etc. Some floor boards were replaced. The rust hole in the trunk is from a long term mouse nest under spare. The left side of car is very solid, the right side suffered in the rocker panel and some frame areas due to the buildings roof. Vehicle inspections are encouraged before bidding. Car s/n GHNL90346, 1600 cc engine # 16GA-U 21569 (15 on cylinder head). The car has a great stance, since it's sat on blocks for 50 years with no weight on springs. All shocks are good. The 1967 tags stay with car. Sold with bill of sale only, no title. Ignore ebays listing for clear title. SELLS TO HIGHEST BIDDER, NO RESERVE!!!
