I LOVE this car but my wife doesn't so there you go. I found this car 9 months ago located in Colorado after it had been stored since 1990. I purchased from the original owner's estate and trailered it back to California where I had a local MG expert work his magic on all mechanicals. brakes. etc. to ensure it was reliable and safe to drive. After $10K spent. I can say it's the coolest car I've ever owned and an absolute blast to drive. BUT to be clear. it's 55 years old and NOT a show car. The paint is worn and the body has some imperfections but as the pictures show it's a solid driver and doesn't appear to have any major damage or visible rust. Windshield has one rock chip as shown in the pictures. I am not an expert or a mechanic so I've tried to take a lot of pictures and represent it for what it is. I have all the original paperwork from the purchase of the car from 1960. the registration when it was stored in 1990. the original car handbook and all receipts to make the car a solid weekend driver. Here's the work that was done in the last 9 months. reconditioned gas tank/new fuel line/filter/hoses; new exhaust manifold/muffler correct for MGA; new thermostat; reconditioned and/or new brakes calipers/drums/pads. slave. new fluid all around. new emergency brake line; new badges. new interior where leather was ripped. kept original deluxe seats and carpet; carburetor and timing reworked; etc. etc. . etc. Car shows 86. 99 miles and I have no idea if that's accurate because the one gauge that doesn't work is the speedometer. All others appear to work fine. Horn and lights work but blinkers are inconsistent for some reason. Original soft top. side panels and luggage rack are included as pictured. If you're local. come see it before you buy. No offers below the minimum opening bid will be responded to.
