IHAVE A HARD TO FIND 83 MAZDA RX7 GSL MODEL, THIS CAR IS BEING SOLD AS-IS, THE CAR DOES NOT RUN AT THIS TIME,,, AND WILL NEED TO BE TOWED,,
THE CAR HAS THE 12A ENGINE WITH THE 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION...
IT DID RUN AND DRIVE GREAT, THE CAR HAS SPARK, HAS FUEL, BUT I THINK THAT THE ISSUE IS IN THE IGNITERS WITHIN THE DISTRIBUTER. THE CAR CRANKS OVER VERY GOOD, BUT WITH NO START.
I GOT THE CAR THROUGH A PROBATE AUCTION, THE PREVIOUS OWNER PASSED AWAY (HE WAS AN ELDERLY MAN)THE WIFE AND FAMILY MEMBERS NEVER FOUND THE TITLE,BUT THE LAWYER SAID THAT THE TITLE IS CLEAR AND THE NEW BUYER WOULD HAVE TO APPLY FOR A LOSS TITLE,SOMETHING THAT ANYONE CAN DO AT THE DMV WHEN YOU PICK UP THE CAR AND HAVE THE TITLE MAILED TO YOUR LOCATION. I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT IS NEEDED TO DO THAT.I GOT THIS CAR TO FIX AND RESTORE, BUT IHAVE NO TIME OR FUNDS TO GO AT THE PROJECT AT THIS TIME DUE TO OTHER PRIORITIES HAVE TO TAKE PLACE,
THE STEPS THAT NEED TO TAKE PLACE TO GET THE CAR RUNNING AGAIN,, IS TO, GET NEW COILS, PLUGS, WIRES, CAP & ROTOR, CHECK COMPRESSION, AND FUEL PUMP & FILTER, CHECK FOR CLEAN FUEL, AND THEN CHECK IGNITERS, TIMING, AND DISTRIBUTER WITH ELECTRONIC TESTING TOOLS...I JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO DO ALL THIS, AND THATS WHY I'M SELLING THE CAR AS-IS,
