Please WATCH ALL THE VIDEO i cover everything in great detail. Selling 1978 Jeep CJ7 . Bought new in 1978 from Hocketts Pontiac / Jeep dealership California. No longer in business. 1st owner had Jeep for 36 years. 2nd owner had it 4 years. Adult owned, garage kept. Lived in same town all it's life. Prior owner started the project and "finished by me" 100 plus labor hours later. A lot of money invested to make it the CJ you see today. Over 120 plus individual new out of box items installed back on Jeep to finished it correct. Jeep was repainted in the newer color of Chrysler / Jeep graphite gray less than 800 driven miles ago. This CJ is very sanitary inside and out and even under the hood. Prior owner stating Jeep had 106,000 original mile on it over past 41 years. ( Not miles on restoration, repairs, new parts or current work done). The original odometer worked but other items in cluster did not. So everything old in dash removed and replaced new. SEE VIDEO i cover dash gauges and other new items. * New Odo, Spedo, gas, temp, volt, oil pressure and gauge lighting installed new. Now everything work's correct. Miles on new replacement Odo read 5 miles today. In addition to replacing the dash gauges everything inside of Jeep was replaced new out of the box. New full carpet kit, new seats both front and rear, seat belts all four. Console, roll bar pad cover, visors and hardware, dash wiper window plugs, windshield defrost vents, new heater box and heater core. light switch and horn button. New window glass and rubber. Both floor shift boots, new tail gate cables. Moving to the outside body. Newer body paint, new lower body to windshield rubber, fender flairs, marker lights, running lights, swing out tire rack, new front and rear bumper, hood and body hardware. The headlights and tail light both replaced with new LED style = SEE ELECTRICAL VIDEO. New led driving light also installed front bumper = All items on outside body replaced new = SEE VIDEO. Now under the hood. New radiator, radiator hoses and clamps, heater hoses and clamps. overflow bottle and coolant, washer sprayer bottle and sprayer motor. New Howell tbi fuel injection system, fuel lines, relays and fuel sending unit. New under hood motor wiring harness, thermostat and gasket. New valve cover gasket and fan belts. New alternator & battery, valve seals, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil, oil filter and fluids. (The motor runs and performs outstanding no issues) The motor, 4 by 4 transfer case, manual transmission, front end, rear end and brakes all just serviced. All fluids changed and repairs made as needed. (Jeep is in good running and mechanical conduction). Motor and motor bay also clean and detailed after repairs made. SEE PHOTO's New 31 tall 10.5 A/T tires on new 15 inch black out wheels, new shocks, rear brake, emergency brake fixed and brakes adjusted = Stops straight! ( Will also give buyer a long list of all new items replaced ) Bottom side also cleaned and treated in 3m sem sealer it's water proof / rust proof to protect bottom side metal from elements for many years to come.
