The rebuilt 4.2 Jeep inline 6 motor was fitted with ( Howell TBI Fuel Injection ) for better power and performance than the factory ever sold them with. New performance exhaust also installed for better performance and sound. FYI; The Howell TBI fuel Injection system is sold as a smog approved Fuel delivery system upgrade for the Jeep CJ and many other older classic vehicles. This CJ just passed "smog emission inspection" in California with in the past 60 days. The motor burns clean, purrs like a cat and runs like a mad dog with the fuel injection upgrade. Jeep is 37 year old classic and smog exempt in most States due to it's age. *Fuel injection is the only way to go on a Jeep if your looking for that added performance and reliability all jeep people want. ** Cost of Fuel injection and performance exhaust upgrade 3,500. Jeep also upgraded to a Full family "roll cage" for added safety for both front and rear passengers. Custom dash pad, Power Winch and Off Road lights added to front. Two rear mounted back up and off road light's added. Jeep fitted with trailer receiver tow hitch on rear if you need to tow something behind it. Upgraded tube style front and rear bumpers. Upgraded 2 1/2 inch full spring suspension lift and shocks. New bushings installed between body and frame. Upgraded Tires and wheels 33 tall by 10.5 wide BF good rich Baja T/A tires. Factory swing out tire rack and matching spare tire. The hood was also custom 'vented" for better air flow in motor bay and it also look good. Jeep has factory full metal Hard Door's that remove, New felts and rubbers in door's = SEE PHOTOS & VIDEO. Jeep also come's with a New fresh out of the box "Rampage Full Soft Top" with tinted black window curtains that also zip in and out for year round cold weather driving. Top & window both remove. ** This soft top will carry a heavy snow load if required of it = Due to the fact that the full roll cage covers front to rear and the full cage has a "full metal insert that install's on it. The metal lid will also removes for open air full sun driving. All Electrical in good working order - Heater, Wipers, Horn, Blinkers and lights work. All dash lights and gauges work. * The 4 wheel drive and Brake light indicator even work in cluster. New Gas tank, sending unit, electric fuel pump, filter, fuel lines and fuel gauge installed as part of Fuel injection upgrade. *In a nut shell - no rust, no damage. It's run's and performs outstanding much nicer than stock 4.2 ever did from the factory. It drives very nice, no road wonder, no free play, no lane drift - All new steering parts, tie rods and and new "AGR" power steering gear box. Jeep Stops straight and on a dime = SEE DRIVING VIDEO. Power disc brakes front - factory drum rear - E brake also works. Jeep has a 4 speed manual transmission that shifts very nice.
