1990 Honda CRX Si = Stock Condition & Never Modified = Bad Rod Bearing But Runs

Hello, up for consideration is a 1990 Honda CRX Si that I have owned for a little over a year. I bought this car with the plans of replacing the motor but never did. This car does run but has a bad rod bearing so needs to be rebuilt or replaced. I did drive this car to my house when I purchased it but never since. Car has been stored in my garage and not started since placed in there.
I don't know much about this car but what's wrong with the motor. Climate control is crack and seats have tears in them. However, this CRX is in pretty good condition for being 29 years old. Has pretty much every part still with it when it was bought I do believe.
This was a adult owned CRX so never seen a modification as it's pretty much 99% stock condition.
