70 Mach1 351w 2 barrel carb Auto transmission tan interior

The is a 1970 Mach 1 Mustang. The car is complete and is in need of a total restoration. It has a 351w with an auto transmission. The car is not running but the motor will turn over. It has tan interior. the car has rust on the exterior as you can see in the pictures. it also has rust underneath and it the trunk area. From the research I've done so far the car is numbers matching. Not sure what the actual miles are but the odometer reads 44000. All glass is intact. The Vin number does match the fender tag.
