1961 ford Starliner, HI-PO Z-code 401HP tri-power

This example has the correct engine, and to the best of my knowledge is the original engine; I have the numbers posted. It has a 4-speed top-loader which is not stock. The engine work was done by Leggett Engine Research [receipts available] in Boonesboro, MD. The heads have new guides and hardened exhaust seats. The block has been bored using 406 pistons, rods reconditioned, crank ground, new camshaft and lifters, all balanced, tubing headers, new water pump, fuel pump, correct carburetors new kits, new throttle shafts and throttle body bushings, new clutch, u-joints, hydraulics, new clutches in the positraction differential, new 3.7 gears, HD 31-spline axles, traction bars. Weld brand racing wheels.
Supposedly but not verified, the vehicle was purchased new in DE and sent to Holman and Moody for prep as a drag car; later sent again for an engine refresh. Two previous owners have tried to find records of this; I have not. One hint I found during the engine installation is safety-wired motor mount bolts; not normal. Fiberglass front fenders, hood, and bumper, aluminum radiator, canton oil pan [the Holman and Moody oil pan goes with the car].
Search the internet for "Stunning Starliner" for an article from Hemmings about the rarity of these HI-PO Starliners; read it if you are not familiar. Supposedly only about 100 to 120 of these are existent.
This is my daily driver; it is not perfect and not presented as such. My reserve price is far less than the amount $42,000 I have spent since purchased earlier this year. I bought this Starliner because of its rarity. If you want perfect I know where one is for sale $145,000.
Selling why? I have a 1963 Galaxie 500XL 427 rotisserie restoration which I like better.
