With some regret I have for sale my 1992 Ford Mustang LX coupe ( Notchback ). It's has so much done too it that I can't list it all but I'll do my best. Bought this car back in 2008 in California and it is an original California car. It was a 4 cyl auto car and is nowa State Certified engine swapped car that is 50 state emission's legal.Weremoved the tired old drive train and suspension system leaving only the body and K member. Bought a short block from Ford Strokers.com, a 331stocker with Scat crank, Scat forged I bean rods and Probe Industries Flat top forged pistons, compression ratio is 10.5:1.ECU is an A9L Factory ECU. Engine has High volume standard pressure oil pump, trick flow stage 1 cam, trick flow R series intake, aluminum heads with 2.02 & 1.60 valves / 185cc intake & 70cc exhaust runners, Comp's magnum full roller rockers, high volume water pump, BBK 75mm throttle body andEGR spacer. Engine has ARP everything from main cap's, intake bolts even the valve cover bolts are ARP ! Ignition is MSD with a Pro billet distributor a CDI box along with a MSD Coil. Exhaustis Ford Racing 409 stainless steel ceramic coated shorty headers, BBK mid X pipe with high flow cat's and Flow Master American Thunder system out back. Suspension is Maximum Motorsports control arms front and rear along with their strut tower brace and camber/caster plates and their coil over kit mounted on Bilstein struts. Drive line starts with a billet flywheel and a Center Force heavy duty clutch kit, a Tremec TKO 5 spd this is a first gen TKO with a 475 lbs torque rating ( 26 spline input shaft and 31 spline out put shaft. Ford Racing aluminum drive shaft and a built 8.8 rear end with an Auburn heavy duty Posi and 3.27 gears with Moser forged 28spline axles, ARP on the main bearing caps and a GT500 bearing set installed by Dan's Drive Line here in Vegas. 5 Lug conversion with 4 wheel disc brake's, Power Stop drilled and slotted rotors front and rear, SN95 front spindle's and hub with 2000 and up dual piston front calipers and SN95 rear brake calipers out back. A new 93' Cobra brake booster and master cylinderas well as anadjustable brake proportioning valve has been installed. Oh and stainless steel brake lines front and rear. Car is factory WORKING A/C with a new heater core. A 3 row aluminum radiator and a 180 degree thermostat handle the HOT Vegas Summer's !!! Steering is an AGR Rack with one of their pumps and a Maximum Motorsports steering shaft. As the car is not cosmetically the best but better than most almost 30 year old Fox body Mustang's it is essentially a new car as the drive train, brake system and suspension all new with all of it having about only 8,000 miles since I put the car on the road. I also have many spare parts to go with the car included in this auction,A bare engine block, it's a E6SE - BA block, cleaned and magnafluxed for cracks. It's a standard bore block that has never been rebuilt, with it a set of trick flow push rods. Also a new in the box high torque starter, the original front bumper cover, books including repair manual and performance books oh andthe car cover. I am selling this Mustang because I am getting older and just not into it as much as I once was, also I am moving and towing it around with me is just more of a pain that I want. I have much more money in this car than I am asking for because I know you never get back all of what you put into a car, I hope to find this car a good home with someone who will enjoy it, appreciate it and take good care of it, hopefully not street race it or cut it up into a full blown race car. On a closing note: If you like this car and want it but have to ask your parents for the money or save up your launch money please don't bid unless you can really pay for it, if that's your case maybe you should consider a Japimport or a VW bug:) Hey that's where I started !
