1954 dodge gas tanker--project--rat rod--hot rod--other makes--hemi-- rust free?

1954 Dodge 1 1/2 ton G series gas tanker--4 compartments---HEMI--rust through free except for 3 little spots on right tool box--4 speed---2 speed rear end----just as i found it in storage since 1982-- was told clutch went out was why it was parked---clutch inspection cover is off, but included---drive shaft has been unhooked at rear end---rolls easy---all tires hold air except outside rears----windshield has 1 small rock peck---1 door glass cracked----engine does not turn by hand---21 ft. long overall---GOOD TITLE----hard to find a more solid small tanker---contact me for more info.
