Chevrolet 1957 Bel Air, Four (4) Door. Extensively improved professionally at Carolina Classic Car Restoration in Burlington, NC., during this ownership, including: new power brakes, power assist steering, Crate 350 engine, dual exhaust, electronic starter, fuel injection carburetor, air conditioner, new radiator with auxiliary fan, power windows, 5 new chrome bumpers, new wheel bearings and tires, misc. electrical improvements and replacements. Only about 5,000 new miles driven since engine was added. Drives like a charm. Was improved because driver is handicapped.
Seller's disclaimer: This is a lovely classic vehicle refurbished to make it easily driveable, but was not historically restored. The frame was undercoated prior to my ownership and was inspected on a lift professionally recently and declared solid. There are a few small areas of Bondo on the lower door panels and on at least one door frame. The odometer reading may not be accurate. I still garage the car and drive it 2-4 times a month. I am sure there are a few minor glitches in the car, but it has been carefully and extensively updated and cruises very nicely. I am selling because of ongoing personal health issues. I love the car, but know it needs someone who is able to enjoy it.
