Car description |

Up for sale is a 1945 Willys MB WWII wartime Army Jeep. Rebuilt original L134 motor and transmission.
The accessories that are shown in the photos are also included, which are shovel, axe, fire extinguisher, rifle carrier, helmet, replica grenade crate, two military bags, canteen, bridge plate, 1940's jerry gas can, rope, soft canvas top, and 1945 trench shovel, and safety door straps..
It has the original drive line, motor and chassis. Straight body and no rust. Includes a rebuild on both the original engine and T84 transmission. New parts are head lights, blinkers/hazards, trailer light connection, seat belts, keyed ignition switch, electronic ignition (no points to mess with), all gauges, steering wheel, high beam switch, wiring, welting, electronic ignition, coil, brake system, canvas seats, hip pads, pintle hitch, muffler, canvas summer top, gas tank, sending unit, and Firestone tires.
This is a finished jeep, and can be driven home, or anywhere it needs to go. It is great in Parades and in the woods (although I've never driven it off-road and it has been garage kept). I use it currently for trips to the store. You get lots of looks and high fives. This is a Fun jeep!
I have also installed an Air Raid siren that sounds like an old police siren that you can control the length of sound by the dash switch. Grandkids love it and makes a great sound for Parades!
Wartime 4 Cylinder Flat Head Go-Devil engine that runs strong with a well-tuned carburetor. It cold starts well every time winter or summer. Includes Throttle and Choke cable. The jeep has good brakes, and drives straight down the road. Good oil pressure and clutch. Very Minimal to no leaks. It has a 12V conversion and new alternator.
This Willys MB is street legal and safe with clear Kansas tag, blinkers, tail lights, headlights, olive drab seat belts, horn, and brake lights. I have slightly hidden the front blinkers so that you cannot notice them, so the look of the jeep remains accurate. Parking brake works. It cruises about 45 mph.
A few videos are on Youtube by searching "scharpwillys 1945". they show the jeep driving and stopping as well as revving, and a general walk around.
Thanks for looking at this great Willys MB Jeep, you will love it!
**I also finished a matching 1951 M100 trailer that I will sell separately. It has a pintle hitch. If purchased with it, I will install a matching 12V plug to attach to the jeep's trailer plug. The price is $1,800.
