1972 Volvo P1800 ES

Up for auction is my 1972 Volvo P1800 ES. I have decided to put it on eBay up for sale since my husband passed away, we purchased it new in Santa Clarita, California. We was one of the first preorders in 1971, this vehicle is numbered #463 the production date was October 1971. Everyone was amazed when we got it, no one ever seen anything like it. The vehicle has always been in California, so it is 100% rust free! We ordered the vehicle with an 8 track stereo, and a manual transmission. It has leather interior, wood grain dash, overdrive, and shoulder belts, this is the way we ordered it. The vehicle has 72,191 miles. The vehicle was always kept in a garage and always maintained. We stopped using it 5 years ago, and it has sat since. I pulled it out of the garage, I had a professional Detailer come over to clean it, and take photos so I can put it on eBay. The Detailer told me that it was amazing to see a vehicle in this original condition he asked me "Has the vehicle been restored before" I told him no, and he was amazed. He cleaned the engine compartment, as you can see in the photos, and he shampooed the carpets, cleaned the interior. He took certain photos of the underneath and I guess the spare tire, saying these would be photos that people would wanna look at. I am a lady I don't know much about cars, but I can't tell you this, this has been the most fun and amazing car we have ever had! The car runs and drives excellent it is 100% rust free, it has never been in an accident, it is 100% original. This car is going up for auction at NO RESERVE, were not using it, its time to pass it on. I have faith in Ebay, we sold one of my husbands other vehicles on eBay with NO RESERVE, so here we go again.. but remember bidders even though there's no reserve please be fair, this is a one owner California rust free car, 463rd car off the assembly line. The VIN number is 1836354-000463 it would be difficult to find another one that has been pampered and as original as this one, This is my baby for 45 years. I encourage everyone to come look at the car, drive it, take it to the Volvo dealer and have them inspect it before bidding.
