It's blue but can look different in the shade or in the sun as shown in the pictures.The car was bought from a gentleman in Southern California who assured me the car had been a Southern California car its whole life. There is no rust anywhere. It remains a CA black plate car as shown in the pictures. They were left off to facilitate polishing. Seat beltswere deemed too old to remain in use but can easily be found with VP Autoparts or other antique Volvo suppliers. Trunk contains one of the original wheels (used as a spare) as well as an OEM Volvo jack.I bought this car off Ebay a few months ago . Always liked the look of these cars but still drives like a small 4 cylinder car . I like my V-8 much better . Still has it's clear California Title . Runs goo, ires right up . Looks good inside and out . Drives side window doesn't wor, ont stay up . The car is located in Quad Cities Il and can be seen at any time.
