1981 Volkswagen Westfalia Riviera in great condition

Hello,Selling my Westie I bought from a retired mechanic and classic restorer a short time ago. He was a VW collector. Yep, hat's right.Air cooled engine with rebuild 9k miles ago4-speed manual transmission with new clutch April '13Recent full tuneup July '15New distributor and points in June '15 with self adjusting valves that don't need monitoredNew hoses, rake lines, nd some electrical wiring in June '15New right signal bulb socket July '15New tail lights and headlights in June '14New main Battery and cables in June '15All new fuse replacements throughout in April '15New valve covers June '15Has a reserve battery spot with dedicated fuse box on wall and two three prong outlets for dry campingNo major rust issues anywhere and lived in the Wash/Oregon area with no salt (how rare is that?)Working plumbing, orking 2 burner stove, nd larger size fridge (fridge needs charged)Front seats in perfect conditionAll the doors, rawers, nd cubbys are in perfect working orderIt has a very nice looking retractable white and orange stripe awning with aluminum legsNewer tires with only about 8k on themPrewired for cb with plug and handle clip already attachedOnly concerns are that it has a seal that needs filled in the exhaust at some point so it will run quieter (it's a touch loud) and the back bench seat foam is a bit flat on one side.There is a small little dent below the right headlight (you can see it if you zoom the photo) and there are little scratches here and there and a scrape or twoFridge will need charged.Tint on the side window could be replaced**PLEASE ZOOM THE PHOTOS! I don't want any buyer to feel misinformed**Digital photos always make vehicles look better. the paint is in ok shape but it is not as dark and silky looking as the photos portray, specially on the photo of the face.
