1964 VW Karmann Ghia Convertible

Volkswagen Karmann Ghia . 1964 Karmann Ghia convertible. Iconic status! Beautiful! What fun to drive on a weekend to the beach or to the mountains. The transmission and clutch works great. Partially restored in 2016 including new paint new battery, new upholstery and top. Serviced by the top classic VW mechanic in New England. Four Brand new tires. No rust, undercoated and fairly certain has always been garaged. The perfect vinyl dash has original gauges, and is fronted by the original steering wheel. A typical VW shift lever is between the buckets. Mileage is unknown. The odometer stopped at 58,000.Not too often you’ll find these original hubcaps, lights and radio. The radio is not working. My service records will be included with the car.Driven only in the spring and summer, never in the rain. In cooler weather the starter is a little cranky but other than that she rides beautifully. One hubcap clip is missing. It’s not a show car but a showstopper.The car is garaged in Hebron, New Hampshire.
