1964 karman ghia

This 1964 Ghia is an unrestored example with original black patinaI have been holding onto this project since I found it a couple years ago but it keeps getting pushed back

The Ghia was parked in 2010 with a locked engineI found it in 2017

So far I have removed the interior and had the seat frames powder coated, and Re assembled for new upholstery . Still have the original door panels

The brake system looks to have all new brake drums on all 4 wheels as well as new soft lines and master cylinder. I didn't do this but I suspect it could be easily serviced

Wiring harness was converted to 12v and a harness installed, All of the mess cut out but the car definitely will need a new wiring harness to be operational again


Great start to a driver Ghia or a full restorationBlack ghias are very rare and only seen a couple of them

There is some rust in the bottom of the rear quarter panel and passenger side rocker panel
