Up for bid is a 1984 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper Van. Has the 1.9L fuel injected water cooled four cylinder engine with the automatic transmission. It runs and drives perfectly and frequents a two hour drive twice a month. I bought this van one year ago, but recently purchased a VW Euro van so this one needs to go. This van has the three way refrigerator that works well and even has the original ice trays. Kitchen sink and holding tank function as they should. Stove has never been fired but appears new with protective plastic on the cover. It has factory air conditioning but I have never used it. The compressor is free and not locked up. Front and rear heat both blow hot air. The roof opens as it should, with brand new seals and canvas. It also has the skylight. All mattresses are in good shape with no tears in the fabric. The front seats are clean with no tears in the fabric. It also has the cot option across the front seats. No cracks in the dashboard. All dash warning lights and gauges work. The speedometer works, however the odometer hasn't worked since I bought it. Therefore, the miles are UNKNOWN. It reads 70000 on the clock. No cracks in any of the glass. It has new curtains throughout. Paneling and cabinets are in great shape. There is new carpet throughout. The van has brand new Goodyear Viva load rated 205/75r/15 tires with GoWesty custom aluminum wheels. The exterior is in average condition, I tried to take the best pictures I could to reflect the vans condition. This is the top end model. Bidders have the opportunity to view and inspect the van in Westfield Indiana prior the auction ending.
