Car description |
---|
For sale is a very low mileage (33K original miles) Special Edition Beetle. Just Google "VW 1972 BAHA Champion SE," for much more detail. This particular VW has had a very nice paint job in the exact "Marathon Blue" original color. All the windows were removed and new rubber kit was installed for the entire car, doors, windows, lights, etc. New fender welting was added as well. I added the new fog lamps but have not wired them in at this time. The floor pans are solid, with the exception of a samll hole under the battery that was patched. The car was stored inside all of its life and it shows. The headliner is OK but I would probably redo that as its inexpensive to do. The car runs great and is very tight and responsive. It needs nothing mechanically.
