1970 Volkswagen Beetle with rare automatic transmission andrear side vented windows. Car was recently restored and painted Seafoam Green due to the fact that the original green paint was faded (see attached picture of before and after). Auto body shop was amazed that when they disassembled the car to paint that they found no rust anywhere. My dad purchased this car in Norwich, Y where it had been stored by the second owner. Car was originally purchased and lived in Kentucky. My dad purchased the car and shortly after moved to New Bern, C where the car currently is garaged. Vehicle has the original manual and owner's information, riginal jack, indshield washer bottle attached to the spare, nd tool kit. Car is in amazing condition for a car over 45 years old now. I took my father from upstate NY to Carlisle, a. for the Import Car Show and the car was picked 1 of 11 cars from over 2,000 cars that received the "Show of Excellence Award". The car ran great and easily cruised 60-65 mph on the 250 mile trip each way. It never ate a drop of oil or missed a beat. My dad won numerous trophies and awards with this vehicle.
