1965 Volkswagen Original 21 Window Walk thru Deluxe Bus

Up for sale is an Original 1965 21 window walk thru. If you are looking for a perfect restored bus this is not the one for you. If you are looking for a great driver with many correct parts keep reading. I have owned this bus for 9 years and have drivin it all over with numerous 1000+ mile trips. It had been repainted in San Diego in the late 80's with some light rust repairs then. It's painted the correct colors that it left the factory in.

The Good:

On the inside it has a great headliner, he front seats have newer seat covers with new inners, he middle and rear seats are All Original as well as the door panels. They are not perfect but all nice. It has all the correct windows with the exception of the front safaris.

Running Gear:

The front end is an adjustable narrowed beam from the butcher shop with CSP wide five disc brakes and rear wide five disc brakes as well. All new metal and rubber brake lines and an upgraded master cylinder.The motor is a 1915cc with dual 45 Dellorto's, AL Mallory ignition system, erp belt set up and sidewinder exhaust system.

Running the Randar RDW wheels 4.5 in the front 5.5 in the rear.

Has the factory belly pans, as nice working rag top, ll the correct trim on the outside, oth original kick panels for the seats, orking reverse lights, nd original ambulance fans.

The bad:

There is some start of bubbling in a couple of places and the two front jack points have some rust.

This bus is in great running shape and gets looks everywhere it goes. Has won a couple awards in the past. Its ready to help youfinish out the show season and havefun in now.
