Car description

This auction is for one 1970 Triumph GT6 "barn find".
I believe the odometer reads 58,XXX miles. I believe this is Royal Blue, with ablack vinyl interior.
The engine and trans look newer than the car's body and interior.
The engine runs, sounds solid, and most dashboard engine indicator lights work, and the alternator works. I believe clutch / transmission is good, but I have nottested the clutch per se. Slave cylinder was being worked on before it wasparked. Oil is dirty, but has no other fluids in it, and I replaced the oil filter before car was started.
Window glass is all good, just dirty.
The interior photo is before it was cleaned out... most rugs have been removed, the transmission tunnel is missing. Mice had been in and out at one time, butthis has been cleaned up / vacuumed out. Seats could be refoamed and recovered.
Other missing items are lenses and the back half of the exhaust system past the mid point (missingmuffler). I will include 4 rims, with "roller" tires on them (these tires holdair, but don't drive on them!).

I will include a new clutch slave cylinder from Victoria British, along with $150or so worth of rear brake parts (cable, shoes, etc.)

I'll also provide air filters (will provide 2 new separate chrome ones, and alsothe OEM one will be included).
This car also comes with a spare gas tank, which seems from an earlier GT6.
Suspension components seem fine, but are surface rusted, frame has surface rustbut I don't see any holes per se in it. Bonnet is "rare" gilled type, has a smallbondo dent in front, and rust patch. Otherwise, the bonnet is in good shape.
The body has rust holes in the floor and rocker panels, and I doubt it would beworth repairing. Back section isn't dented, nor is top section. Bumpers are goodbut have mild surface rust. Radio and dash support are currently out of the car,but are included.
Title is a bit convoluted. Original NJ title was signed over to the person I bought it from, and I have a CT Bill of Sale form signed by the person I bought it from, who was the last owner before me. CT didn't need a registration, just a bill of sale. Hopefully that will work for you, but I do know the person I bought it from and I'm pretty sure they would work with us.
I think the best use of this car is to use the engine, trans, frame, suspension, etc. pairing them with a good body.
I was going to learn and practice welding skills on this body, but I got too busy with other projects.
Car is located in Deposit, NY, but could be brought to Greenwich, CT.
I can help you either arrange for transportation, possibly deliver the car for afee, or help load the car onto the transportation of your choice.
Thank you for taking a look!
