Description
Here is my garage kept 1980 BJ40. Imported from Portugal no rot or rust. The engine iscompletely locked up.I have no idea what happened, this WAS a solid running BJ40 for the three years I owned, after driving it all day I shut it down, an hour later, started it up, it idled a bit rough then just stopped. End of story. This BJ40 is complete, minus the engine... every light works as does the heater fan, wipers and even the windshield fluid sprayer. I even have the inspection lamp.The driver window needs a regulator, as you need to "help"it up to the half way point, then it rolls up.No battery.
Three months prior to the engine seizing up the following work was done:
Toyota power steering upgrade.New aluminum radiator.New Procar elite recliner driver seat.New Spare tire.Tires put on new and have no more than 1000 miles.Starter rebuilt. Not installed.
Included:3 fuel filters.3 Oil filters.8 New in box glow plugs.
