Daily Driver. Has had many upgrades over the years.The best feature of this FJ is the 13BT Turbo Diesel, factory turbo, mated to an FJ62 5 speed. Tons of torque from this 4 cyl diesel. Dual battery system with an inverter so that the truck runs on 12v and the engine, starter and glow screen are 24V.Has leather seats, front and rear and rims from a newer Landcruiser. rock slider bars welded to frame. ARB bumper on the front, stock bumper on the rear. I can include the stock front chrome bumper.The downside, and one reason I am selling, is the rust, typical for the FJs, on the outer body and underneath. We did replace the Drivers rear quarter a couple of years ago from the door jamb to the gate jamb. It currently needs spot work and work on the passenger side quarter and rockers.The other current issue is a coolant leak on the engine. I have not had time to find the leak but she starts on the first turn and runs like a champ.BFG ATs w low miles.Truck has well over 200K and engine has less. I can get the actual mileage from the odometer and edit.The combination of the 5 speed and the tire size gives great highway performanceand also is an off-road champ.She took the family to the outer beaches on Cape Cod for years.Sadly, it is time to pass her on to a new owner who has the time and patience for a 32 year old classic. I have too many cars and boats....
