Car description

For sale is a 1989 Toyota 4Runner SR5 - ORIGINAL OWNER -
AC was upgraded last year - Works great
4 wheel drive works well.
Top has never been removed.
I have the original radio / cassette deck.
Has tow hitch. Trailer lights need to addressed. Some aspect do not function.
Exhaust is good. Underside solid. Inside door wells solid. Starting to rust in the bottom corner of doors (refer pictures).
New window motors in tailgate and driver's door. Have a replacement for the passenger door. The driver window will stick if lowered all the way, so I blocked it to remain up about 1/2".
I have the rear wiper but removed it becauseit will not reset properly and I got tired of having to get out of the truck and re positionit to open the rear window.
Truck has some rust holes around the wheel wells, small dents and some scratches. Crack in the top center of the tailgate, about 1" long.
Radio aerial got broken and replacedit with a fixed antenna, not the powered type. I think that is what the motor in the parts picture is.
Horn is intermittent...contact problem under the horn pad. Horn itself works fine.
Window lock button broken on driver window panel. I use a needle nose plierswhen I need it.
Both rear seat pull release holds missing.
Window trim around rear windows rusted, but I have replacement parts.
Clear-coat bleeding in spots, paint faded in others.
Check engine light is on, has been for 10+ years. Was told by my mechanic it is some carbonbuild up in some sensor line.....but that was a long time ago.
Low compression on 3 cylinders, one has 20%, another 40%, can't remember the third one. Has one or two oil leaks. Will misfire or skip on occasion.
Sometimes will not start via ignition switch. I think there is a problem with the neutral start switch, so I installed a wire in the engine-well I use to bypass this and "hot wire" the truck.
Speedometer will go "wonky" on start-up occasionallyand read 40 mph higher than you actual speed.
That's all I can think of. There are minor scratches, buffs, one or 2 cracks on the interior plastic parts.

White spots on seats are from the sun through the trees.
I used this truck in this condition for the last few months to run around town.
