Car description |

For sale is a factory original Toyota 4runner SR5 that is 100% rust free! This is a 3.0 liter V6 manual that has been well maintained. The vehicle is 99% original, with the only upgrades being a security system, Pioneer stereo system, and a key fab ignition. I will make every effort to accurately describe the condition, so here we go:
The exterior condition is a 8/10 for a SR5 with original paint. There are no Bondo repairs or accidents, there are just two small dents in the tailgate corners. The paint is in great shape other than some fading on the roof and very minor fading on the hood, no fading on the fenders or anywhere else. The truck was garaged so the paint does standout and look better than 90% of the 4runners driving down the road. And this is a 100% rust free truck! Literally you can not find a single spot of rust above, below, or inside the 4runner!
Mechanically the truck is a 9/10. It is maintained but a 30 year old truck will always have something to repair, currently the truck will need a CV joint replaced and the speedo cable is making noise behind the dash gauge. The V6 runs like a top and really makes the SR5 platform come alive compared to the i4. The truck always starts and has a deep cycle Optima battery. Overall everything works as it should, the rear window even operates with a key or from the interior console button.
The interior is a 8/10. The seats are in great shape, no rips or tears anywhere. The only issues are stains in the trunk carpet, the vent control display is cracked, and the dash could use a cover. I never minded though, after all it is a 4x4 truck.
Overall this is a really fun retro 4x4. The SR5 is legendary and this truck definitely has the original integrity to further appreciate in value as a classic 4x4. This is a clean title vehicle. The 4runner is being sold with full transparency, so if you have any questions feel free to send a message. Thanks for the interest and good luck bidding!
