This is an incrediblynice FJ-40 that was bought new in High Point,N.C. and has been owned by the same family in High Point since new.Being a newer FJ-40 it has the more desirable 2F engine, H42 4 speed trans,split transfercase, power steering, and front disc brakes from the factory.
This Cruiser has had only one repaint to the exterior, interior doors anddash are still original paint. All seals and gaskets to top and doors arenew and in great condition. Fit and finish is excellent. All nuts, boltsand washers on the exterior are painted or stainless steel. Under thehood still has all factory emission(never desmoged).
Our family is filled with Land Cruiser nuts! We have owned FJ40, 55, 60,62, 70, 80,and100 series.
This truck is honestly the tightest of all 40's and 55's wehave owned. The steering is super tight down the highway and youdon't hear any annoying rattles or shaking down the interstate oron city streets.
