Hey Ebay I'm putting up my mr2 turbo for sale! I love this car and hate to see it go but its time to move on to something bigger! A littlehistory of the car is that it has a salvage/rebuilt title due to being stolen. The previous owner said he had the frame checked out and everything came back straight.
I originally bought the car from the gentleman that had owned the car for 5 years and on day quit running on him. He eventually sold the car to me and I took it to my Toyota mechanic and he diagnosed it as a loose ground on the ignitor switch. The car has new plugs, wires, distributor, and battery terminals. I had him go over the car and give it a basic tune up, regap the plugs, check the timing on the motor, fix vacuum lines ect. The carruns great now and pulls hard. According to my cheap boost gauge the car is only running 5psi so I'm taking it by the mechanic tomorrow to have him take a look at it.
The cars body is great looking but will need some work to be up to show quality or you can just daily drive the car and enjoy it as is! The paint of the roof by the t tops is cracking. I will update to imperfections on the car tomorrow with pictures in the sunlight. The cars seat are shot and need replacing. I originally took pictures of all this but I'm having a hard time uploading them so ill retry from my work computer tomorrow.
The car will need new tires, batteryand shocks to be really road worthy to take at highway speeds.
