1965 Shelby AC Cobra 427 SC – Signed by Carroll Shelby

This Cobra is a pristine example of a 1965 titled AC Cobra. 3rd owner. meticulously maintained roadster. Driven regularly and with the highest standard of maintenance. this Cobra is a powerhouse on the road and looks fast while sitting still. Underway. the car is fast with plenty of torque to go from third to fifth gear without a hiccup. The paint is flawless. engine is immaculate. virtually no wear on the interior or exterior. The next owner will be proud to have this in their keep. Manufactured by Olthoff Racing (a subsidiary of Superformance SA ) in 2001 with a period 427 SC engine bored to 454 c. i. d. producing 640 H. P. engine is a gem as SC engines are quite rare and coveted. this one has only 5900 original miles. Comes with Weber 48IDA carburetors and new factory tuned MSD ignition. the previous owner named the car “Blue Lightning” and rightly so. as the car is very quick and needless to say fast. Included is a T700 5 speed manual transmission. Seats are covered with European leather. instruments are from Smith as were the original ACs’. drivers side wind deflector was signed by Carroll Shelby. 4 point harnesses. and roll bar. Car comes with a convertible top. a tonneau cover. 2 custom fitted full-car covers (one all weather and one dust cover for garage storage); original intake manifold with (8) 750 Holley carburetors. wood rimmed steering wheel. one spare set of rear tires (Goodyear) and 2 sets of road slicks (never used). Also 4 Bilstein coil-over air-adjustable shocks. never installed. a $2500. 00 value. Weber jet kit and 2 air flow meters and an additional cooling fan assembly for the radiator intake (not installed).
