Caravelle sports car, convertible

1964 Renault Caravelle. R-8 Engine. On Feb-08-15 at 12:55:40 PST. seller added the following information:VEHICLE IS NOT DRIVEABLE. Has original 1964 black California license plates that are available for registration as a "specialty license plate". as I understand it. Last registered in California in 1995 as is represented on old license plate sticker. NO WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN RE THIS VEHICLE AND IS NOT BEING SOLD AS AN OPERABLE VEHICLE - for those that may not understand that "needs ALL repairs" means NOT OPERABLE AS IS. It needs complete restoration and would need to be "recertified" for DMV registration. in any US State. VEHICLE BEING SOLD "AS IS". Does NOT have chrome bumpers and rear grille suffered some damage in accident in 1995. I intentionally removed the front chrome bumper in 1995 after restoration. so that I could tow it behind a RV to North Carolina. Passenger side chrome strip is missing the half behind passenger door. however front half still there and drivers' side full strip is present. I purchased this vehicle in Atlanta. GA. in 1964 and drove it to California in 1964. when I registered it in CA.
