Up for sale is my restored 1992 Porsche 968 convertible. I purchased this car 4 years ago in Florida. It had just less then 100,000 miles on it. All service records from 2003 are included.-The engine was rebuilt at 95,000 miles. Included in the photos are a complete listing of the work done to the car after 200, both before and after I bought it .-The list is too long to talk abou, so please review the spreadsheet before you call with any questions. The car is essentially restored.-I JUST PUT 4 NEW TIRES AND REAR BRAKES ($1400) ON IT AND IT HAS A FRESH PA INSPECTION !!The car runs beautifully and all of the operating systems work except:The top is setup in manual mode. When I bought the car the right side convertible main bow was broken. I replaced it, etimed the motors and used it with the electric top lift for 2 years until last year one of the drive cables snapped. I have the replacement cable but because the top transmission units tend to generate a lot a friction so I'm operating in manual. The trip odometer reset does not work. The paintwork is very nice with only 3 chips/dents which are all shown in the photos. The 4 way power leather seats both driver and passenger are working and the driver side has a manually inflatable lumbar support. The rear deck is removable and the 2 rear seats with seatbelts are usable. ( My 2 grandsons are the only passengers).AC and heating system, BS, D radio with ipod input are all working. Many spares, elays, xtra mats and custom car cover are all included. A new inflator for the space saver tire is included and the spacesaver is in great condition. The 18 inch tires with new aftermarket wheels we replace last week anong with new rear brakes installed. . The car has been garaged when not driven, ut I drive it every week.I have the original manuals and tool kit with 2 sets of keys. I also have a CD with the full workshop manual for a 968 along with a full wiring diagram set of drawings.Just completed a PA inspection with new tires all around and new rear brakes. Pictures were taken before tires and rear brakes were installed.Valuation- I have included a current picture of the Hagerty valuation for car. I consider this a condition 2 car and the valuation shows $18,300.Call me at 610 324 1162 with any questions. And I can do a facetime walk around if you want.
