Car description

Pontiac Historical documented as being born a real GTO with 4-speed, posi, handling package, gauges etc. It was also born a red car with white interior! This car is stunning to look at. Extremely impressive to drive. It functions, steers, stops like new.

EXTERIOR: Man is it slick! It's a genuine Solar red car, very bright and glossy. The paint is as slick as they get. Body is straight. Over $7,000 was just spent completely restoring the rubber nose, grills, hideaway system. The bumper is perfect and fits the body perfectly. Headlight doors work perfectly. It is all new in the front end, even has correct T-3 headlights. The chrome and stainless moldings look new including the mirrors, door handles, back bumper etc. Has 15 inch chrome Cragar wheels with BFG tires. The windshield has been replaced. Door jambs are very tidy, has new weatherstrips and window seals. The white convertible top is like new.
INTERIOR: Born a factory white interior car. Very nicely restored. They did it all- the upholstery, door panels, armrests, window cranks, handles, carpet etc. It even has embroidered GTO floor mats. It features the rally gauge cluster, clock console and deluxe steering wheel. Dash pad and console are in real nice shape. Has seat belts front and back. The original radio was sent out and converted to an FM stereo with upgraded speaker in the dash. The interior lights work.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Recent receipt from Tri Power Automotive for a complete engine rebuild, balance and Dyno tune. Has stainless valves, new rod, pistons, bearings, cam, etc. Upgraded Pertronix ignition. Very nicely detailed to original appearance. It has stock chrome valve covers, dual snorkel air cleaner sitting on top of a freshly painted motor with the correct Pontiac aqua paint. Has H.O. manifolds, correct spark plug wires. The pulleys, brackets, wiring, hoses, shroud are proper. New wiper motor, squirters are hooked up. Correct spring clamp battery cables, has heat shield on the exhaust manifolds going up to the air cleaner. Firewall, radiator cover, bottom of the hood, hinges are all nice. Features power steering and brakes.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Appears to be a solid trunk and it is neatly spatter painted in black and aqua. Looks like it has a clear coat over that to protect it. Also has a new rubber mat and matching tire cover. It does have the spare and jack. The well liner and weatherstrip are new. Bottom of the trunk lid in the jamb are painted red.
UNDERSIDE: Bottom of the motor is spotless. We have receipt for rebuilt M-20 rock crusher Muncie 4-speed, new clutch and Hayes flywheel. Has saf-t-track (posi) rear. Suspension and steering has been gone through and rebuilt. Air shocks in back. Has a dual exhaust with crossover pipe and stainless Magnaflow mufflers and correct tips. It has disc brakes up front, e-brake assembly is complete. The bottom of this car has been cleaned and painted black. Looks real good. The metal is solid too. It steers and stops absolutely straight. I drove it and we posted a video.
This car really, really impressed me. Not saying it is perfect but it has a wow factor and really functions nice. It is the equivalent of a blonde bombshell. The colors and just how slick and shiny it is will make you think, wow. Then I drove it, this bombshell can cook and clean too! It performs like new. The new owner will be very happy.
