I AM THE THIRD OWNER THE LAST OWNER CLAIMS THE MILEAGE TO BE CORRECT BUT I CANNOT ATTEST TO THIS. LOOKING AT THE CONDITION OF THIS CAR IT SEEMS TO MATCH THE MILES. THEPREVIOUS OWNER STATED THEY USED THE CAR ONLY FOR PARADES AND CAR SHOWS.
STRAIGHT 268.4 CID STRAIGHT 8 FLATHEAD, REBUILT CARB, CLEANED FUEL TANK. GREAT SHAPE NO MAJOR RUST EXCEPT FOR ONE SMALL SPOT IN RIGHT REAR OF TRUNK WHERE A RAG WAS LEFT ABOUT SIZE OF A SILVER DOLLAR. MAINLY SURFACE RUST BARELY ON UNDERSIDE. FLOORS ARE INGOOD SHAPE DRIVER SIDE ACCESS DOOR IN PICTURE NOT MOUNTED BUT INCLUDED AS THIS ISWHERE THE BRAKE RESERVOIR IS LOCATED.DUAL SPOTLIGHTS ON A POSTS FRONT OF CAR FOR SHOW ONLY I BELIEVE CAN'T SEE A SWITCH THAT OPERATES THEM. THE PICTURE OF THE INTERIORSHOWS THE GLOVE BOX OPEN - IT DOES CLOSE OK WAS OPEN TO TRY PULL UP THE CARBOARDGLOVE BOX INTERIOR. FRONT CARPETS WERE REMOVED AND WILL BE INCLUDED NEED REPLACEDBUT WORN THROUGH AND GOOD TEMPLATE FOR FUTURE CARPET. DOUBLE HORNS EXTREMELY LOUD AND WORKING GREAT!

OLD STYLE TUBE AM RADIO WORKS AFTER 30-40 SECONDS WHEN THE TUBE WARMS UP. ORIGINAL CANISTER OIL FILTER CHANGED TO AFTERMARKET MUCH EASIER TO SERVICE. FRESH OIL CHANGE. TAILIGHTS INTACT BUT BOTH OF THEM ARE CRACKED NEEDS REPLACEMENT.THE DASH ON THIS CAR IS AWESOME AND SHOWS THE STYLING OF THE ERA.

STEERING WHEEL HAS MINOR CRACKS TYPICAL OF A 66 YEAR OLD CAR. MOTOR RUNSQUIET AS A SEWING MACHINE A LITTLE NOISE FROM THE WATER PUMP MAY BE A BAD BEARING ORNEEDS SOME MORE HOURS ON THE MOTOR OR POSSIBLY THE BELT.
