Pontiac Historic Services authenticated (see photos of emailed versions of PHS- also have the hard-copies with features of this car highlighted) Pontiac G.T.O.
Frame is completely solid
4 speed manual transmission
Believed to be original 3.23 Safe-T-Track rearend
Originally Starlight Black painted roof w/ Mayfair Maize body (rare painted roof car)
Hurst Indy short-throw shifter
Car is in fair to overall good condition
front bumper is askew and needs adjustment or possibly replacement, rear bumper has a hole in drivers side lip, orange peel left unsanded toward bottom of some body panels; see photo for rust peeking through paint around 1 wheelwell (does not look too bad)
Car runs and drives, shifts smoothly
Coolant leak near water pump, needs a gasket (or possibly more than 1)
Good oil pressure: 50 Psi when idling cold
“15 footer” paint job which is presentable for a driver, but with many flaws; new quarter panels were installed at some point
Solid frame
Floors solid, obvious metal repair in trunk at some point; aftermarket shifter perch installed
Small section of sheet metal above rubber rear body mount needs repair
Brakes pull to the side when applied hard, so brakes need serviced
Non-original 1966 YD code Pontiac 389 engine with 1965 #76 cylinder heads Carter AFB 4 barrel Carburetor
