1978 PONTIAC TRANS AM! DRIVE WHILE YOU FINISH MY RESTORE!

Pure American Metal! It runs! Drive it as you finish restoring it! This car has an engine out of a 1975 Trans Am. It's a 455 BIG block. I bought this car as a restoration project but have found myself in a financial bind and have to part with it. unfortunately. I just put a new transmission in it two months ago It needs some differential work and a muffler/exhaust. The interior needs some work (two seats and a dash cap). It has brand new carpet in it so that does not need to be redone. It runs and I had fun driving it this summer all over Salt Lake with the T-Tops off. In fact I took it for a spin two days ago and had some fun just before the snowfall here! I am so sad to part with Lynyrd (that's what I've named him). The paint is practically brand new! I've kept it in my garage. not outside. It has the gold snowflake rims which are a hot commodity. The seats in the back are brand new leather. No rips etc. Front seats could stand to be reupholstered but they are also not in bad shape. I have described this beautiful car to the best of my knowledge. I really hate to see it go. My heart is actually breaking right now while I'm listing this. I have done my best to maintain this car. and I am hoping that it will go to someone who has as much passion for it as I have had. I did my best to restore what I could. but had a major medical issue that landed me in the hospital for a very long time and I cannot restore it as I had dreamed and desired.
