Up for auction is a 1970 Pontiac GTO. This is an original GTO not a tribute car. Would make a very nice builder as these cars are extremely hard to find in any condition. The body is pretty straight, it does have a crinkle in the corner of the quarter as pictured. It does have rust below that in the same quarter. The trunk pan had a small through rust hole and may have more as it looks like it has been hillbilly repaired once upon a time. The passenger side fender in front of the wheel at the bottom also needs repair. There is rust in the rear floor pans but not the front (pictured). The frame has zero rust. The rockers and doors have zero rust. Interior has new carpet, new door panels, armrest, handles, dash cap, door locks, gto emblems and gto floor mats, steering wheel, center console. also has new gas tank and fuel sending unit. Someone has put a bone stock Chevrolet 350 in the car along with a new TH350 automatic transmission (under a year old tranny). Not sure how old the motor is but the car runs and drives. The parts pictured are either replaced OEM parts some new replacement parts and parts/trim that can be put back on. This is a running driving project car. Would like to see someone get it that would appreciate it more than I do and fix it up the way it deserves to be fixed as I wouldn't. I'm sure I left some things out so if you need any specific's or additional pictures just shoot me a message. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. Serious bidder only. Continental U.S. only sale. Some of the pics are gloomy as it was a cloudy day.
