1969 Pontiac Grand Prix project car matching numbers 400 V8

We purchased this 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix from Purple Heart and have no idea if it runs or not. This car has a solid frame and under carriage and has great potential to be and every day driver with some body work and mechanical work performed. We did check the numbers on the block and the motor is a 1969 400 motor. Tires are flat and dri rotted and the exhaust is hanging low on one side. we also noticed that the car has had some really bad body work on drivers side rear quarter panel and it should be replaced.
