Regretfully offering up for sale my first car love affair...a 1970 Pontiac GTO.As the title states, his car was featured in a locally filmed movie (Home For The Holidays), nd was driven by none other than a very young Robert Downey, r. It's a non-numbers matching mildy modified 1970 Pontiac GTO in Lucerne Blue w/black interior in Good to Very Good condition w/some minor paint blemishes/scratches, ormal wear, etc. The car also features an original Judge spoiler on the rear decklid, nd a functionalreproduction hood tach. Car was purchased many years ago from a well known local collector. It's an older semi-restoration w/a rebuilt 455 engine and Turbo 400 transmission. The 455 is fairly mild. but w/a nod towards performance. The rear end is a Cheverolet 12 bolt w/a Moroso Brute Strength differential and 4.10 gears. The suspension is mostly made up of Dick Miller racing bits with 90/10 adj. shocks in the front, nd 50/50 shocks in the rear...combined w/beefy upper/lower adj.control arms. Wheels are polished Weld Racing wrapped in M&H's up front, nd BF Goodrich Drag Radials in the rear. The interior is mostly original w/factory dyed seats, ut new repro door panels, nd carpeting. The dash is a non-original item from a Lemans. The interior also features a factory wood steering wheel and incorrect (for the yr) Hurst Dual-Gate shifter.
