RAM IV MATCHING NUMBERS!
1 of 8? Of course it isn't or the price would be over $2,000,000. It was built to be as authentic as 1 of the 8. If it was anything but a Pontiac it could be presented as a 1969 Trans AM. PHS is the only thing that separates it from 1 of the 8 unaffordables. It would take a very long time and alot of money in todays market to find NOS parts to build this car again. Read the entire description, eview the docs, HS and the cowl tag. PHS, owl tag and window sticker were also replicated perfectly to match the car as the 1969 Trans AM.
It began with a complete nut and bolt restoration on an outstanding 69 Firebird donor. All the necessary Trans AM body parts were purchased as NOS parts, ood fenders, poiler, tc. An all real numbers matching Ram IV carb to pan was used for the build. Only the best was used to build the Convertible 1969 Trans AM.
Body: Complete bottom up restoration. All was sand blasted and started from fresh parts. Real NOSTrans AMfenders and hood, runk lid, poiler, front valence, ear valence, ood hinges, indshield, umpers, rills, ide markers, urn signals, ail lamps, mblems, heel opening moldings, iring harness, ill plates, eather stripping, rim rings, enter caps, ug nuts, oor handles, ock cylinders, tcs.If you know the prices of the NOS Trans AM parts currently you'll know that there is over $50k in Trans AM sheetmetal and body parts on this car. All completed in 1978 while the parts could still be found and kept in storage and driven very sparingly. The paint looks wonderful. The body and the lacquer paint is outstanding. Close up in the right light you can see some very light checking on some of the surfaces which dates and really complete the authentic look of the car.
Interior: New blue deluxe comfort weave interior, new seats, ustom door panels, eat belts, arpet, tc. Looks outstanding!
Options: Power top, ower antenna, ower trunk release, ower steering, ower disc brakes, old down rear seat, ilt wheel, n dash tach, ith stacked gauges, m/fm 8 track, -speed with center console, ally II 14" wheels, 0 bolt 3.55 posi track, ery loaded and working options.
Engine: Professional build on a super rare and correct carb to pan Ram Air IV engine, am Air IV exhaust manifolds and exhaust. worth nearly $20k on its own.
Suspension: fresh suspension parts, hocks, prings, rakes, ines, tc.
Transmission: New bearings, ynchros, nd rebuild, lutch, ressure plate, nd throwout bearing.
No issues anywhere, he Trans AMruns and drives wonderfully. It starts, ounds and idles perfectly and runs very strong. No smoke no issues anywhere. Everything on the car looks very fresh with little to no wear. It is in the condition that could easily place it in a museum or in a garage for the perfect weekend show stealer. It is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating muscle car connoisseur.
