Greetings Fellow Ebay-er's!
This car has been inspected by Galen Govier of Galen’s Tag Service on November 23, 2019 and the complete report is available to serious buyers.
I'm helping a friend sell his 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda 383 converted to a clone Hemi 426 Convertible 4-speed car, located in Grass Valley, California. This car has a clear California title in the owner's name, and is ready to sell. The car runs and drives well (a little thirsty on gas, though), but hasn't been driven very much since the owner received the car as loan collateral five years or so ago. The car has always had aviation fuel in its tank, so there are no fuel system issues.
The Hemi engine is a 1966 426 cubic inch, 425 horsepower engine with dual 4-barrel carbs and a shaker hood, which is functional and complete, and looks great.
The car presents well with great paint and interior work from a past restoration, and all controls function correctly. The top is in great condition, too. Clutch is nice and heavy, and the 4-speed shifts smoothly with no gear whine or synchro issues. The Goodyear Polyglas GT F60 tires have plenty of tread.
This car has power disk brakes, power top, power steering, Rally wheels, Rally gauges, AM/FM radio, sweep second hand on clock, tachometer and fog lamps; a nicely optioned example.
The VIN has been changed to a State of California-issued number, and has a clear title with the new VIN. All old VIN tags have been removed. The trans case has been replaced with a 1970 case and all internals were transferred to the new case.
I will help with overseas sales, too. If you have any questions, need more pics or videos, feel free to contact me.
Good Luck!
thanks,bill
