Car description

This is a 1984 Plymouth Gran Fury M body Salon 4 door sedan. It is NOT an original police car! The original car received the full police package from a low mileage donor car that had body damage. That package included-
Heavy duty front and rear sway bars-
Slotted 15 x 8" slotted police wheels-
performance 15" tires-
318 c.i. Police motor from donor car (and HD trans)- *motor came from a Gran Fury police car with 70k original miles. Top end of motor was fully rebuilt inc. heads ported and polished, new valves. The machine shop also installed stock 340 mopar hi-po cam, springs and keepers-
Police instrument panel including 140 mph speedo and oil pressure gauge- (odometer shows 73,000 miles from donor police car, actual mileage on chassis about 95,300)-
New Edelbrock 650 CFM carb-
Heavy duty distributor-
New fuel lines, radiator hoses and clamps-
Full removal of lean burn ignition, new control models, distributor and wiring.
The car also has working A/C and heat, nice velour interior with split bench/bucket seats, very nice brown loop weave carpets, manual windows, power steering, power front disc with rear drum brakes.
It also has a new master cylinder, brake booster, ignition wires, radiator, power steering pump and all new headlights.
Brakes were redone last year-
The car has been nicely repainted over a rust free body.
This car looks and runs great. It was originally built as motion picture and TV police vehicle rental. It ended up being too nice a car to allow it to be damaged or destroyed (see Mayans tv show for example). It is a decently fast car, handles great, stops well and looks amazing. It's an entry level show car that you can drive and enjoy. It runs well enough to be a daily driver.

The car is garage kept and prospective bidders are welcome to come to Maryland to view and test drive the car. This is not a perfect car but the pictures well represent the condition.
There was over $8,000 invested in this car. You can see the investment, It gets a lot of attention and positive comments anywhere it goes!
