1981 Plymouth Gran Fury Police Package A38

Genuine Police Package Plymouth Gran Fury. A38, Y39 fender tag numbers. Last year of the R Body and standard longitudinal torsion bar suspension full size police cars. All original body and running rear. Car is solid and straight with what appears to be 90% original paint. Paint is very good and holds a shine, with minor scratches and dings. Remnants of star decal outlines appear on the front doors. Underside has surface rust, but is solid. Only rust through is the driver's side trunk drop off and the underside of the deck lid at the right hinge. Trunk opens and closes normally.Lean Burn system was removed before I bought it. Engine is otherwise unmodified. Car was running up to a couple of years ago when it wouldn't start due to electrical issues in the starting circuit. It is being sold as a non running car. If I can get it started before auction ends I will change the listing, but it will need to be towed. It needs brakes and has not been on the road for a few years. Please don't ask me if you can drive it home to Kentucky.Interior is all there but needs to be redone, seat upholstery, carpet, and headliner. Needs driver door window regulator. Rear passenger door stuck. Needs rear bumper filler. Front bumper needs rechrome. Car is very repairable to a good driver or restore to your choice of department markings.
