This is probably one of the cleanest original type Fury convertibles in existence. The car has been owned for the last 25 years by the second owner that pulled it out of a barn to put it back on the road

This body is extremely clean, I went through the entire car and was unable to find any rust other than a little surface spotting under the car. I don't think you will find one cleaner in existence. The paint was done 25 years ago, it was originally White (code W) and professionally changed to Red, jambs and engine bay included. That being said, the paint is presentable but no where near show condition. The car looks good for a daily driver or a cruise in car. It has a few chips from 25 years of driving but still holds a good shine. Remember - NO RUST!

The interior is very clean looking, the upholstery and top were done 25 years ago and is still presentable. It shows some wear on the drivers door panel and the original arm rest bases have broken (included) so need replacements. The dash pad has a crack in the center but not warped so a cover can be installed. The passenger rear window will need a roller but does roll up and down with a little help. The gauges will need a voltage regulator, none work so we know it's a regulator issue. The top works perfectly, it was low on fluid for the first time in 25 years so I filled the reservoir and it works perfect. The latches are excellent and the top is in great condition except for the back window being hard to see through.

The engine and transmission were used when installed 25 years ago so they aren't the originals but they were good running at that time. The owner of the car states that it probably hasn't logged 20K miles in the last 25 years. The engine runs good, it seems to have good compression but may need valve seals due to age as it uses a little oil over time I didn't see smoke out of the exhaust but did smell some oil when running. The dual exhaust was added by the current owner and it sounds good. The only other thing I observed is the car appears to have all original suspension bushings so it would benefit from new ones, it has just over 107K original miles on the body. The car has US mag wheels and the original steel wheels and hubcaps are included. The original Atlas spare is also included.

This is a really cool car, you can enjoy just as it is, if you want to take it to the next level then it's up to you.
There is no Buy-It-Now, your welcome to make an offer the owner can think about. There is no interest in any trades, he's got everything else he needs. The reserve is in line with other cars of the same caliber.

I welcome inspections, the car is at my shop in Fresno, CA and can be viewed by appointment. The winning bidder will receive clear title CA title for the car, the registration is all current also.
