Car description |

This car is not for the faint of heart!! Drive and rides great but when you step on the gas you better be ready for a thrill ride!.
In 1964, Plymouth released the Race Hemi. With so few made and high values these cars eliminate most individuals from ever owning this awesome car.. This car is not a thrown together clone but a rotisserie restored stunning beauty. Bob Mosher, nationally known restorer and master of 62-65 Mopars created this incredible replica of the A-864 Super Stock. If you are not familiar with him, do a search and you will find and see the quality of his work. Minor deviations from this package includedual brake cylinder with front disc brakes for better stopping power, carpet versus rubber mat, etc.
The engine is a freshly built 472ci full roller motor with the correct solid lifter cam, correct cross ram intake with the correct special purpose built 770 cfm Holley carburetors. Prior to rebuild this engine dynoed at 648 hp and now being a full roller motor should certainly approach 700 hp. It has a Mopar tach drive distributor converted to electronic ignition with a hidden Mallory box.
It also sports the A-833 heavy duty transmission matched with a posi-traction and 4:10 gears. The battery is relocated to the trunk as were original cars.
I have never raced this car but drive it to numerous car shows where it draws huge crowds every time. It always wins the top awards. The looks and the sound of this car makes it a favorite anywhere you drive it. It has also been featured in a national publication.
I have had a lot of cars over the years usually keeping them for two to three years before moving on to another. Being over 70 years old, it is a lot to handle especially when you have bad knees. It is that time. I have totally babied this car and will miss it! I have found another car, an automatic I want to pursue.
Should you have any questions please contact me or call 407-468-1900. The car is in the Orlando area. Please, I would encourage a personal inspection of the car. I even have a lift so you can look it over in great detail.
The correct vin could not be entered. Please check out my feedback. I have sold previous cars and in each case the buyers said I understated the condition of the cars. You will be thrilled when seeing this car in person. Scammers, please note that I am aware of every scam known to exist so therefore don't waste your time or mine.
In the video I just took, you will see and hear what an awesome car this is.
