Car description |

This not a scam, it is with me here in my garage, no stories fit for a novel. I advertised my car this summer and it made it onto several websites not authorized by me - apparently still floating out there in cyberspace. Sorry to those who followed up on it at a seemingly giveaway price.
I have owned this car for more than 40 years, its time for a new owner. Prior owner bought it in 1954. I could drown you in stories, pictures and details. Don't waste your time and money on an appraiser or inspector - no substitute for your own judgement. Come to Dallas, see it, drive it, make up your own mind. Everything you want in a Packard of this era - convertible with the short chrome windshield, rumbleseat, reliable, easy and fun to drive. High speed rear end, banjo wheel, heater, clock, artillery wheels, etc. Clean, shiny, and maintained. Diamondback Radial tires. My 82 year young mother still enjoys driving it. Everything is right and ready. Only thing on the "to-do" list is replace the right side window glass. I ignore the fogging as most all the time the window is down anyway. Or am I too lazy to fix it? Clock is accurate twice a day.Priced fairly in the market, and I will accept your reasonable offer, no trades unless you have a Delahaye, Talbot-Lago or Pur Sang T35 or T51.Please contact me with your questions, thank you.
