1974 Bricklin SV-1 with supremely rare 4-speed transmission. With 76,XXX original miles, the car runs and drives well. The last owner bought it in Las Vegas and drove it 800+ miles to Colorado with no issues about 4 years ago. I bought it from him right after that and immediately stored it in my building in Eastern Colorado. The original carburetor has been replaced with an Edelbrock 600 and an aluminum carb spacer to help with the heat soak from the cast iron manifold. Cap, rotor, points and condenser have been replaced also. High Output 74' 360 sounds good and pulls hard.
The body is fairly good for a Bricklin. Some cracking and minor warping on the top, but overall better than many I've seen. All glass is good and doors work quite well. Photos show the main blemishes on the body. Otherwise it fits well and shines up nicely. The air compressor is wired to a toggle switch under the dash, and also has a pressure gauge in the cabin. If you leave it in the "on" position, t will shut off automatically when the tank is full. The compressor works very well, but the tank leaks down overnight. I have an ignition key, but no keys for the doors or rear hatch. The Interior is mostly in great shape. All of the door panels and the console are in good condition. The dash has no cracks and the instrument panel is nice. The bottoms of the seats are ragged. The car spent many years in Las Vegas and the dry air and sun made the seat fabric very brittle. The foam underneath is still good. The seats are temporarily covered with Universal seat covers that could fit better.
Transmission is a super T-10 that shifts well with factory Hurst Shifter. Clutch feels good also. There is also currently no turn signal switch installed because it was sticking and killing the battery. All turn signals worked before the switch was removed. There is an aftermarket stereo deck with AUX and USB hooked up to 2 Pioneer 6" speakers in the factory holes. New Battery a few months ago and the tires are in good condition.
The pictures of the underside show that the Bricklin-specific cross members are in excellent condition. They are prone to rust and bending, so this is quite good. As you can see the exhaust system has also been updated fairly recently.Overall, his is a great driver quality Bricklin. The real value in this car is the fact that it is a 1974 4-speed, the rarest of all Bricklins. Only 137 were built and this was one of the very last ones. It is even signed by Malcolm Bricklin on the dash.
I have a full set of original wheel center caps in good condition
The car is located in Eastern Colorado one mile from Interstate 70 exit 383 If you have questions you can call me at 303-981-2403. I don't get very good phone service there, but if you leave me a message (text or voicemail) I will get back to you. There is a chip on the hood and minor panel warpage on the top of the car. The car has been upgraded with a high capacity aluminum radiator and theAC condenser was removed. It will be in the rear deck area with the brochures and anything extra that I find
)Payment can be made by cash certified check or my preferred option which is bank transfer. If you have less than ten Ebay feedbacks call before bidding or your bid will be cancelled.
